Abstract

This multi-media performance lecture explores the intersubjectivity which determines what I might describe - borrowing from Philippe Lejeune - the testimonial ‘pact’: the relationship that emerges between the witness who speaks of that which she has lived through and what we might call the ‘witness to the witness’ (Levine 2006), the person who listens to this testimony and attends to it.
